can anyone help?-contact order?

hi i have a 3 year old daughter and have been separated from her father since she was a few months old, he has had contact with her within this time but he is not mature or grown up enough to meet the needs of a child of her age,(e.g she always has a bump or something wrong he never knows why, when she was in nappies they were soiled he hadn't changed her, she has come back sunburnt and always really hungry , he has no attention span and when she hurts herself he laughs, he lets her run off outside near roads, he is inpatient with her) we attended mediation and one of the rules in it was he was not to take her in his car (as he has driving offences and is a dangerous driver) however he went behind my back and took her in his car breaking our mediation agreement so i went to see a solicitor who gave him 4 hrs. a week supervised visits I have now received a contact order from him and we have court next week he is asking me for weekend stays at his mums home and 1 week with him in the summer holidays, permission to take her abroad and to have her alternate Christmas and birthdays . i don't know what to do as i am not happy or comfortable with this as i dont feel she is safe or properly cared for i dont know what the outcome will be please help any advice?x

will the judge force sale on the house im not named on?

split from my husband in january 2011, due to his unreasonable behaviour and ?? affair, we have been married since august 2005, we have two children together ages 4 & 5, i also have a son by a previous partner aged 11. In 2006 we brought a property which remains in Richards name only. since leaving I have continued to pay the £500 a month loan soley in his name end august 2013 and also the credit card at £120 a month again soley in his name £6.000 approx remaining. the debt from the loan is of joint making and the credit card was used for my cosmetic surgery that he agreed to as I called him at work for the credit card details on the day it required to be paid of which he gave me. I have always worked as a self employed childminder but unfortuneatly I am now possibly going to be un able to financially afford HIS financially agreements, he is saying he is going to sell the house to pay off the debts and give me half of what equity is left in the property. Two of my children attend the local school the youngest due to start in September of this year. I have been told I dont legally have to pay for his debts but he states his solicitor has told him I will because i benefitted from the spend so I do. I have obtained a deed of occupation through land registery but again he said hes going to take me to court to get it forced sold through the courts. Question what the hell do I do and where do I stand in all of this. He has now moved significantly away I live in Southampton he lives in Melksham and he is due to move in with his latest girlfriend in March, she has three children twin boys aged 10 and another son aged 12. he sees the children for two hours on a Monday on the week he has them at the weekend from 7pm friday night and he returns them home at 6pm on the sunday every other weekend He currently pays me £300 a month maintenance but he says hes going to stop that if I dont pay for the debts. Child Support state my money will go down if I claim through them if he stops because they will take in account he will have to support her 3 children financially even though she gets maintenance from their father, he currently pays via standing order without the involvement od csa I hope thats all the facts you need for now, to be able to help me. Im not entilted to legal aid as I earn 72 a month to much inclusive of my tax credits

Should I sue my Ex or her solicitor?

after being divorced for 9 years, we had no formal child support arrangement or visitation. But every time my EX has been in a bad day or I stood up to her any way, she would make a claim or statement that, in my opinion, violated my human rights and was an attempt to intimidate me in one form or another. And often, concerned that my child was getting upset and distressed, I backed down. These were basically to stop me from seeing my child and to exercise control over me and to get as much money out of me as possible. But this was one persons word against another. This included a total denial of any rights and responsibilities for my child, the insinuation that my friends were paedophiles and that she was entitled to claim maintenance from my new partner's income amongst other things as her legal right to do so. It was all verbal but was put in a text last week by her that she could claim against my partner's income and that a solicitor said she could do it. The CSA and child Maintenance has confirmed that is false. !00% Lie and not supported by English law. So what do I do? I now think I could take action against either her solicitor or her as she has threatened me with what is and illegal action, but what do you think? And will it not just widen the gap between me and my child? To be honest, I'm not even sure that there is a solicitor in this case but, would a threat of legal action against the solicitor be enough to get her to stop her abuse and using my child (who is almost 16 by the way) against me?

why do paypal hold payment?

i sold items on ebay, i am claimming state benifits as i am unfit for work (by my doctor)so like many other i find it hard to pay bills etc, i every month go around my house finding unwanted items to sell this month i sold several items which amounted to over £150.00 which is alot of money to me. i had the paypal messege came through to my email saying funds have been recieved , i logged into my paypal account only to find they where being held in a pending account, i was livid, and pi**ed off as this money was to pay my bills so i contacted paypal by phone and they said as soon as i send the item and provide the tracking number the payment will be released within 3 days . i sold the item on the 20/01/2012 it is now the 05/02/2011 and still no payment i contacted paypal again to ask and the operator what the hold up was she said it was because to give the buyer a chance for any disputes and if the payment had been released already it made hard work to get money back. "well hello is this an auction" at my local auction house we have the option "like ebay to see what we are buying if arranged with seller"but at auction house you walk around and view if you want to then the auction then (sold) none of this if its scratched maked send it back, same at property auction you dont buy a house at auction and if its not what you want etc etc etc theres no paypal there no "file a disputes" what is this rubbish !!! my items where sent to the buyer and he willingly gave money for this item so what rights does paypal have to hold my money the buyer is happy with the goods so whats going on paypal is not a solicitors/lawyers or anything .i just think im going to put on all ebay transactions no paypal postal order/ balance transfer straight into my bank yeah then paypal will start losing customers + interest so come on guys lets stick together its time to screw mr.paypal for a change !!!!! watch out paypal because somebody out there will offer a better service

I have tried everything to be on good terms with my child's ex.what do i do?

hi I have a 1 year old daughter with my ex we broke up when she was 4 months as he was controlling and bullying me when I should be enjoying our daughter. He hated her crying which she did rarely but when she did he would complain I was always putting her first which any human being would do that, even told me to get out of the room as it was five in the morning he was trying to sleep even though he is not working I had tried everything had to leave the room.I had enough decided to leave moved closer to home as I needed some space. Im getting so fed up now I have done everything he gets to see his daughter I don't ask him for anything some of the things: Hacked into my facebook and e-mails, Set facebook page in my name&friends name there gone but kept another two opened one has 2,000 friends from where I live encase a pic or anything goes up of me or what im up to, Nearly got his 9 year old son to lie to social workers he had to meet a social worker due to his son pulling down his trousers they closed the case but if they hadn't he had his son ready to say I had done something to him so my daughter would be taken away from me, He has taken pictures of my locks front and back door now through his mother he had made this metal piece to see can he open the lock i ave a similar one on her door it didn't but worked on his apartment door. He thinks we should be best friends I should stay single for the rest of my life if I no whats good for me if I want a peaceful life, Getting my daughters middle finger stick it up to me when shes going, saying to my daughter im a b**** C*** etc I wanted to be normal if there was any problems with our daughter that she comes first all I want is the best for our daughter to know her dad spend time with her.Like every-time I go to pick her up his playing with her his mother told me he only does that when he sees me coming. If he has no interest in his daughter leave her be he feels to me that its all me watching wanting to know what im doing etc I had wanted to move back up and go back to work but I know he be checking up to see who was in the house. What can I do that its about our daughter and not us I know alot of mother's would have stopped access and let it go to court. He wants me to sign the guardianship form he won't bother going to his solicitor if I do that but I want him to step up to be a proper dad.I love my daughter to bits do everthing for her.
